This company is a fast growing niche pharmaceutical company who is highly specialised in their fields. Passionate about their products, they pride themselves in selling through science to achieve the best clinical outcomes for their customers. They are currently looking for a proven Hospital Specialist Representative to drive sales of their Haematology portfolio across their Western Australian hospital accounts. This role is 3 days per week.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- developing strategic business plans through analysing sales data
- managing all stakeholders within your hospital accounts
- engaging with key customers to build confidence in prescribing your brands
- collaborating with your national and cross-functional team

The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record in hospital specialty sales
- strong strategic planning and hospital account management skills
- excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
- sound technical and problems solving skills

Candidates with a background in highly specialised areas is preferred however this is not essential. What's more important is you enjoy working in a challenging role where you will engage with a variety of stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
