• Physiotherapy services for a private aged care provider

Our client is one of Victoria's largest privately owned Aged Care service providers dedicated to the integration of healthcare services combined with active engagement in the community. 
 
The role is available ASAP as a Permanent Full Time position. Salary package is commensurate to experience. 
 
The Role:
• Providing Physiotherapy and pain management to the residents
• Ongoing reviews of current management plans
• Falls prevention and education
• Maintain accurate up to date records
• Work integrally alongside other allied health and medical practitioners
  
The Successful Candidate will have:
• Unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
• 2-5 years Post Graduate experience preferred, however newly graduated Physiotherapists with some exposure to aged care and a passion for improving the lives of the elderly, are also welcome to apply
• Sound clinical skills and knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Calm and friendly demeanour
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
