Our Regis Cranbourne facility currently has a vacancy for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join the team. This role is a permanent part time role, working primarily night shifts but with the flexibility to pick up additionalshifts across the 7 day week. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in Health / Aged Care and someone that is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs.
The Role:
As the EEN, your role will be to:
- Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments
- Complete appropriate documentation
- Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
- Provide oversight and leadership of the facility
- Motivate, lead and supervise the staff
- Complete reporting and documentation based on requirement
Your experience:
- Qualified with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months experience as an EEN in Aged Care and has exposure to working in night shift duties (preferred)
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service
- Capability and experience in leading a team
