Executive Assistant to District Director Nursing & Midwifery Employment Type: Temporary Full Time Position Classification: Health Mgr Lvl 1 Remuneration: 70820 - 95267 Hours Per Week: 38 Temporary Contract Until:10/03/2019 Requisition ID: REQ54464 To be considered for this position you must be an employee of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and its Affiliated Health Organisations. You will be required to provide a full range of executive support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, as well as providing secretarial support to other tier 3 managers within the portfolio when required. Demonstrated experience in providing a high calibre of administrative support to a Senior Executive in a large and complex organisation Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner Ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues Experience in administering committees, including preparation of agendas and recordings of proceedings Experience in the preparation of complex correspondence and reports, including quality assurance Advanced computing skills, including the Microsoft Suite of programs, internet/intranet, NSW Health recruitment systems, Stafflink - HR, procurement and accounts payable functions Demonstrated experience in the use of HPE Content Manager Need more information?
