Job Description
 
We are currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead a medium facility providing both high and low care as well as Dementia care. This organisation is carving out the way in dementia care, they are passionate about delivering quality care to patients and supporting their staff in an environment where quality and innovation are encouraged and rewarded.


The Role

As Clinical Care Manager you will manage Clinical Care within the facility in conjunction with ensuring policies, procedures & ACFI/Accreditation processes are adhered to. 

You will work alongside and be supported by the Facility Manager to ensure that quality care is delivered in accordance with our clients standards to provide a holistic person cantered approach to care. 
 
You will lead a team to ensure excellence in care and service delivery to the residents.

The Person 

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• A Registered Nurse (Div1) with current AHPRA registration and Current Police Check
• Possess quality interpersonal and communication skills with a team player perspective
• Have excellent clinical and documentation practice and skills
• Proven management experience
