Our client, is a leading healthcare provider with an experienced team of medical professionals providing an array of services to their patients

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Director of Nursing to provide leadership and evaluate clinical practices and service delivery for a busy day surgery. You will have experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance in day surgeries and  risk Management. You will have experience leading and managing a small team of staff providing them with guidance and mentorship.

Key Skills and Required Experience:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Previous administration experience in a senior nursing role in private or public hospitals
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and regulation
• Superior organisational skills and with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead a team 
• Committed to creating a positive work culture and providing a 'can do' approach to tasks
• Commitment to quality improvement and excellence in the delivery of healthcare services
• Commitment to continued professional development
• Competence in MS Office packages
