A position is available for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Regis Burnside facility working a variety of shifts across the 7 day week.
The Role:
As the EEN, your role will be to:
- Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments
- Complete appropriate documentation
- Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
- Provide oversight and leadership of the facility
- Motivate, lead and supervise the staff
- Complete reporting and documentation based on requirement
Your experience:
- Qualified Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months experience as an EN in Aged Care (preferred)
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service
- Capability and experience in leading a team
