Part-time Medical Secretary / Receptionist
Based at Buderim Private Hospital, we are an established, very busy specialist practice. Our practice is unique in our approach to total patient care and you will be an integral part of the process. Our medical support staff play a vital role in our service delivery.
We currently require a part-time receptionist to work:
Wednesday: 9-6pm Buderim (Alternate weeks at Caloundra)
Friday: 9-5pm Buderim
One Saturday per month.
A career background working in a similar specialist environment would be highly regarded.

Essential Criteria:
-Strong use of Initiative.
-Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to multi-task is vital.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Proficient computer skills, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new computer programs. Knowledge of STAT software highly regarded, but not essential.
-Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong communication with a supportive team.
-Ability to cover the sick leave and annual leave of other admin staff from time to time.
