Monash Ultrasound For Women (MUFW) is a company of the Monash IVF Group and is Melbourne's premier provider of specialist obstetric and gynaecological diagnostic ultrasound services. Clinics are located at Berwick, Box Hill, Clayton, Richmond and Mulgrave.

About the role:

Reporting to the Clinic Coordinator, this position exists to deliver professional, caring customer service to internal and external stakeholders and provide quality administrative support to the business.
Administrative staff support a clinical team of sonologists, sonographers and genetic counsellors.

Flexibility is required to work across all MUFW clinics when needed and occasional Saturday mornings.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Delivering exceptional caring customer service
  • Providing reception duties and administration support
  • Assisting clinical staff when required
  • Medical billing and receipting
  • Managing all patient bookings
  • Ensuring the readiness of the facility
