Clanwilliam Pty Ltd, one of South East Queensland's leading providers in Residential Aged Care with over 45 years in the industry, we are an innovative aged care provider who focuses on achieving the best outcome possible for our residents.
Conveniently located in Nerang, Clanwilliam Aged Care is currently seeking to appoint an experienced permanent/part time Registered Nurse to work across a variety of shifts.
Together with an exceptional nursing team you will be providing high quality nursing care and support to meet the clinical needs of our residents.
The Successful applicant will :
- Be a qualified Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Have a hands on approach to nursing with a focuis on customer service and leadership
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Have a proven capability and experience in leading a team
- Have a compassionate, caring and supportive nature
- Be adaptable to change and enjoy working in a team environment
- Be computer literate and have exceptional communication skills
- Have understanding in ACFI
- Have full unrestricted work rights in Australia
