Your role in our future.
Starting the first week of October 2018, we have an exciting opportunity for an Education Support Officer to be involved with the development and delivery of educational programs for Allied Health and junior Medical staff at Peter Mac.
The main focus of the position will be administration and practical support for the Education Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with the Education Officer and clinical leads to administer, coordinate and support the delivery of educational initiatives across Medicine and Allied Health.
Development and facilitation of inter-professional learning is expected to grow the foundation for high quality, multidisciplinary service delivery and patient care amongst the targeted clinical teams. This role also involves education support for students in these disciplines.
An interest or experience in inter-professional education or development is highly desirable and a well developed broad range of interpersonal, administrative and multimedia skills is essential.
The position is part-time (16 hours/2 days per week). The successful candidate will have to be able to work Fridays, however there is flexibility regarding the other working day.
