A newly created opportunity now exists for an experienced Principal Consultant/Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our established national business.

You will be reporting to the Managing Director and working collaboratively within a professional local team. This role will see you undertaking a variety of tasks and the ability to perform at a high level.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, implementing a range of organisational wellbeing products and services
  • Facilitation of wellbeing programs to employer groups
  • Design, development and implementation of workplace psychological risk audits and assessments aligned with best practice research and standards
  • Managing and delivering a portfolio of company size projects/programs
  • Growing new clients and managing existing client portfolios, writing proposals and project scope documentation
  • Identifying and actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships
  • Growing and managing a team of senior/consultants, including the supervision of placement students and have board approved psychology supervisor accreditation (highly desirable)

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • Masters or higher in psychology or equivalent preferred
  • Strong presentation and demonstrated workshop facilitation experience
  • Extensive level of knowledge and understanding of workplace practices, policies and frameworks relevant to workplace mental health and wellbeing including audits and workplace psychological risk assessments link to best practice
  • Proven ability to research, design, develop and evaluate training programs
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Strong business development experience- proactively identify new business and opportunities for growth with new and existing clients
  • A strength in building effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Able to work both autonomously and as a member of a high performing agile team
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel interstate regularly
