About the organisation:
We are representing a leading Not for Profit organisation based in Melbourne. The main focus of this well established organisation is providing services for women and children.
About the role:
I'm looking for team leaders who have experience working within the area of family violence.
You will be responsible for leading a small team of family violence practitioners. Within this role you'll identify and provide professional development, coaching and support to team members.
Additionally, you will facilitate service delivery and outcomes to make sure these are in line with agreements. You will also focus on development of the team and program.
Amongst other duties, within this role you'll focus on supervision; change management; recruitment; networking and more

Essential requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related discipline
- 5 + years of experience within the welfare sector
- Experience working in family violence is essential
- Managerial or supervisory experience is needed
Additional info:
- Based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
- Salary of 80k - $85k + Super Per Annum + Salary Packaging
- Working with children’s check
- Willingness to complete Police Check
