The Role:
Take your career to the next level and lead challenging full-service global clinical research projects, managing the full scope of responsibilities and getting hands-on involvement in every aspect of the study.
Responsibilities:
- Management of small/medium-sized projects or regional leadership of complex multi-centre clinical research projects
- Management of complex, global, multi-centre clinical research projects in a variety of therapeutic areas
- Delivery of clinical research projects on time, within budget and in accordance with high quality standards
- Leading and managing multi-functional project teams
- Training, mentoring and coaching team members
- Being the primary point of contact for clients on all project matters
- Attending bid defense meetings, participating in development of proposals and client presentations
- Ensure conformance with ICH GCP
The Opportunity:

Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, MD or RN or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a CRO setting, covering global trials
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, from start-up through database lock
- Strong client facing/client relationship management experience
- Budget management/financial project tracking experience
- Excellent communication, planning, administrative and organisational skills
- Team-building, resource allocation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and MS Project
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel
- Full working rights in Australia
