About the business
We are a large busy GP Medical Centre located in Joondalup/Edgewater area. Looking for a Part-time Medical Receptionist for approx 16 hours each week and every second Saturday (7 hours). This position would suit a Uni Student that doesn't mind doing evening/weekend work.
About the role
- Greeting patients
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Invoicing and receipting using EFTPOS
- Scanning incoming correspondence
- Opening and closing procedures; including end of day banking.
