The Opportunity

At Pinnacle Rehab our staff are our most important asset and we seek an energetic and dedicated manager with a proven track record of developing staff, growing teams and a passion for return to work and injury prevention to lead our division into 2019 and beyond. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of an experienced leadership team, taking Pinnacle Rehab into the next stage of our growth.

Pinnacle Rehab’s New Employer Division has experienced continued growth over the past few years, which is testimony to the fantastic outcomes, strong Account Managers and referral base which has been developed. The Group Operations Manager will be responsible for managing 3 Service Managers, who each have between 3 and 6 Allied Health Staff in each of their teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Our ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Setting, with at least 2 years experience managing a team(s) of Allied Health Professionals 
• Allied Health university qualifications such as Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social work, Exercise Physiology 
• Strong knowledge of New Employer is vital, with confidence in your ability to utilise appropriate strategy to drive claim outcomes and improve case performance
• Strong knowledge of Vocational Programs including Work Trials, Job Cover Placement Programs, Transition to Work program
• Proven ability to train, mentor and develop team members as well as managers
• Commercial understanding of the legislated environment  with a keen attention to detail and the ability to develop and implement new products and service lines in response to customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial results and target revenue achievement
• Change management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire through market or internal changes
• Experience customer interfacing, working with Account Managers, highly tuned to meeting customer needs and operationalizing these
• Candidate must be registered with their professional body (such as AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA etc)
