About The Role
Reporting into our Marketing Director ANZ, this role will ensure that defined brand plans are communicated to the sales team, and implemented via a provision of sound business and marketing strategy. The Product Manager ANZ will strive to improve the level of performance in key marketing functions, and to engender a cross functional working environment that leverages all organisational resources towards driving differentiated customer value propositions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and developing new product launches into the medical devices market
- Executing effective new product launch and introduction in market
- Creating and implementing a marketing plan applicable to the portfolio in line with budget and performance measures
- Delivering sales and profitability in line with budget and performance measures
- Forecasting and portfolio management
- Working autonomously and delivering outcomes to agreed timelines
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders, particularly the sales team and key customers, to align with marketing plans
- Developing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promoting and cultivating BSN medical values, prescribed competencies and desired behaviours
About You
The successful candidate will possess a high level of self-drive, a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to their work, whilst also representing our global business values of ambition, urgency, ownership and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Exposure to and understanding of the medical devices environment and industry
- Previous experience in new product launches into the medical devices market
- A Bachelor level qualification in Business or Science is preferred
- An ability to work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and autonomously
- A proactive approach to understanding customer views and industry standards in delivering the best outcomes
