Home Support Services (HSS) has been providing care nationally to patients in the comfort and security of their own home since 1989. We are passionate about providing holistic and well managed care which supports our patients to be cared for in their own home. 

Opportunity:

This exciting new role will allow you to provide liaison services and chemotherapy in the home environment and utilise your oncology skills. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative and passionate chemotherapy specialists within the community setting, and will also play a pivotal role in providing a seamless transition for patients from the hospital into their home

Work closely building and maintaining relationships with discharge planners and other key personnel to ensure best possible care for the patients

Skills & Experience:

• Current Oncology and associated clinical experience or qualifications
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
• Current Drivers' Licence
• Access to a computer, internet and printer (or be willing to purchase)
• Ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Work both autonomously and within a team
