You will be joining a highly professional organisation, where staff are valued and where we all contribute to a warm, inclusive and supportive team culture.
As the Facility Manager, you will be managing a small sized facility located near the Willoughy Region.
You will be working with a Care Manager, and a dedicated care team whilst receiving lots of support from head office.
About the Benefits...
- An excellent salary package of up to $120,000 + super + a very generous bonus scheme that is very achievable and paid monthly so you don't have to wait all year to be rewarded. ($24,000 annually)

About You...
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in an Aged Care Facility management role
- Working knowledge of ACFI, accreditation processes, quality initiatives etc.
- Strong leadership, management and delegation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
