Care Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Eastern Suburbs: $95,000 + super
We require an experienced Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead the clinical services of this large-scale aged care residence based near Wantirna in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. Representing this progressive aged care organisation, you will be required to manage the clinical care team alongside another experienced Care Manager whilst reporting up to an insightful & approachable Facility Manager. You will also be supported by thorough ACFI, admissions, clinical & quality support on site as well as extensive HR & Operations support from a centralised Head Office. This opportunity is paying an attractive salary package, approx. $95,000 + super (negotiable based on experience). The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years aged care management experience
- Previous experience managing clinical care in aged care facilities
- Demonstrated staff leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
