The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen within our Same Employer Division for a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to for an ambitious and driven consultant. We offer a varied workload, predominately comprising of Workers Compensation and CTP clients. Tasks include Workplace Assessments, case management, ergonomic assessments and functional education.
The role is a highly autonomous role with the ability to work from home or work from the office. We have a strong company culture, with a desire to promote and retain talented employees.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Accreditation with ESSA (for Exercise Physiologists) or APHRA Registration (for Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist)
- Candidate must have their own motor vehicle & full license
Ideal Candidate
- At least 12 months experience in an occupational rehabilitation setting would be highly regarded
- Sound clinical reasoning and ability to identify the appropriate management of musculoskeletal injuries
- The ability to build relationships easily with customers
- Self-motivation and a desire to work from home (significant flexibility is offered here)
- Quality and outcome focused approach
- Confidence in using technology is essential for this role
