• Produce innovative learning initiatives to contribute to Roche’s commercial success within sales and marketing.
• Provide product training on a pioneering portfolio of pharmaceutical products.
• Full-time, permanent role based in Barangaroo, Sydney.

This exciting opportunity will see you joining an experienced and successful Infield Effectiveness team providing innovative learning solutions in a highly technical environment that prioritises quality and learning and development. 

Working with assigned cross-functional brand teams, sales managers, account managers, and medical managers, you will partner with them to align customer facing team development plans to business strategy to make a measurable difference to individuals and business performance.

Expect to be involved in a wide range of learning activities including:

• Partnering with sales and marketing management to define needs.
• Partnering with medical management to define needs for medical in-field roles.
• Designing learning solutions for classroom and self-directed learning.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of customer facing team learning programs.
• Liaising with external customers and service providers.
   

Your innovative approach to learning will be required to contribute to our field force learning and development projects.
 

Your background in learning and development in a sale, commercial and/or medical environment will assist you in developing and delivering effective product training and skills based training programs.   You will have demonstrated experience of developing different types of learning solutions; face to face and technology based.
 

You will have a well-developed ability to engage with stakeholders, and understanding of adult learning principles and learning psychology. Excellent facilitation/presentation skills and practical performance coaching experience will be essential. A track record in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical devices industry is desirable. Experience in working with medical field-based teams will be an advantage.

Essential to your application is the ability to assimilate technical information in a clear, logical and concise manner, in both written and verbal forms, as well as project management skills. You have a passion to develop individuals, as well as excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.  Interstate travel will be required to provide in-field training and support.
