Clinical Educator - Aged Care (Registered Nurse) NW Sydney - NFP

A leading not-for-profit provider of Residential Aged Care has a contract position for a Clinical Nurse Educator - Aged Care to join their team across multiple sites in North West Sydney.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Clinical Educator will provide clinical expertise through the provision of clinical education and the development of programs for high performing homes in NW Sydney. You will be responsible for new staff orientation and travelling between sites to ensure the outcomes of the clinical education program are being met.

About you:

• Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registrations
• Certificate IV TAE Trainer and Assessor qualifications or working towards
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance and continuous improvement incentives.
• Ability to implement initiatives that meet business and individual residents needs identified through training needs analysis.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
