Salary - $100,000 - 110,000 + superannuation


In this particular home, which is very modern with all up to date equipment, there are approx. 100 residents who call this place home.

This ethical aged care provider is mid-sized with plans to expand over the next few years. They like to empower their staff with responsibility and really take on board your ideas and experience - That is why you are here!

The Successful Candidate :

• Will be currently registered with AHPRA as an RN
• Have a minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, ideally some in management
• You will have great communication skills and ability to work in a close knit team
• Also you need a current police check or ability to attain one

Outside of these basis requirements we really need someone who is passionate about aged care. This organisation is not just simply looking for someone to fill a gap at the facility, they need someone who will fit in with the team and help to make this the best environment for residents.
