The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing bedside care and management of patients. They will conduct assessments, complete appropriate paperwork and communicate to the patients and their family members regarding their care, discharge procedures and follow up requirements. They will be part of a multidisciplinary team, to provide the best care for our patients.
Duties (include but not limited to)- Directly provide comprehensive and coordinated patient-centred care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Work within a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Understand the rights of individuals/groups in a hospital setting
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Recent relevant experience
- Experience in the use of iPM
