Senior Research Consultant
About the role:
You'll join one of Australia's leading healthcare consulting firms in their growth phase in a newly created consultant position in their business.
This role would be ideal for a senior healthcare research consultant who is passionate about providing outstanding research outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
Skills you'll bring:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant healthcare experience with a Master’s degree in Public Health is mandatory for this role
- Prior experience working with quantitative and qualitative research for Government, Health Services or Medical Institutes in a consulting capacity is mandatory
- Exposure to designing qualitative research and evaluation approaches and conduct stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and workshops
- Provide critical reviews and responds to client and stakeholder feedback
- Solid writing and editing skills to develop written information and resources for a range of audiences and formats as part of the research is a must
- Ability to think strategically about research issues and programs, drive and lead major aspects of the small size complex projects and take ownership to explain research approaches, results of analysis orally and in writing to clients and technical experts.
- Strong collaborative skills, a positive 'work hard, play hard' attitude and enjoy working in a closely knit small team
