We are looking for an experienced Registered Practice Nurse to join our  team  on a casual basis at Old Bar Medical Centre, NSW.

Old Bar Medical Centre is a well known , very busy established practice, with a  country practice feel and a great team environment. 

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Triage

·       Chronic Disease Management ( Health Assessments)

·       Immunisations and management of vaccines

·       Patient coordination in the treatment room

·       ECG, Spirometry, Ear Syringing

·       Stock control

·       Coordination of SMS recall and reminder system

         Assistance with minor procedures 

Essential Criteria for the position:

·       Experience in a General Practice Setting

·       Current registration with AHPRA

·       Strong team work ethic

·       High level of communication

·       Ability to multitask ( Very busy practice)

·       Experience with chronic disease management and   related care plans and assessments.

·       Strong computer and administration skills

Knowledge of Best Practice software an advantage.
