To reduce the incidence and impact of HIV, sexually transmissible infections (STI) and hepatitis. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health promotion or related discipline or extensive experience in the sexual health promotion field. Demonstrated previous experience in delivering successful HIV/STI/Hepatitis prevention programs demonstrating an understanding of health promotion principles. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including ability to engage and motivate people in a wide range of settings. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and also ability to work with minimum supervision to deliver agreed outcomes within deadlines. Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating and building effective partnerships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of current developments and priorities in HIV/STI/Hepatitis prevention, testing and treatment and understanding of issues affecting priority populations.
