Opportunity to join a collaborative and high performing team to support NSW Health staff to develop skills and knowledge to manage and implement strategic projects aimed at improving the quality of health services delivery across NSW Temporary Full Time opportunity (until 30 June 2019) – Chatswood location Innovative healthcare organisation We are looking for A project officer with demonstrated health industry experience in adult learning, service improvement and implementation Someone who can design and deliver education programs An individual who is committed to establishing and nurturing positive stakeholder relationships both internal & external What you will be doing The CIRCE Project Officer will develop and manage capability programs in project management, redesign and implementation to support strategic change management projects that will improve the level, value and quality of health services delivery across NSW. This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, partner negotiation, and milestone reporting. Furthermore you will provide high level coaching and consultation to build the capability development of health service staff to deliver projects in NSW hospitals and related agencies. Employment details Employment Type: Temporary full time (until 30 June 2019) Position Classification: HSM3 Remuneration: $108,255 - $123,411 Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ50784 About us Collaboration. Demonstrated skills in designing and delivering education programs using a breadth of mediums including: teaching, coaching and facilitating for individuals and groups to successfully apply innovative approaches High level skills in conceptual and systemic thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
