    Our client is a highly established and reputable international manufacturer. Based on an internal promotion, this organisation is looking for a true sales professional to take this high performing territory to further success. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a highly established and growing Vascular Access, Infusion and Anaesthesia consumables portfolio for one forth of NSW hospitals (only Sydney city accounts - focus on Sydney South) with focus on Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Pain Management, Oncology and Emergency. In this exciting role you will further grow the well established and growing portfolio by will building strong relationships with key decision makers. You will be liaising with clinicians and nursing staff to provide education and superior customer service to drive the territory to further success. The portfolio is exceptionally well positioned and new product introductions are to be launched this year.  You will receive a high level of support from your manager and the wider team to achieve your successes while being able to manage your territory autonomously.

    To be successful in this role you will be a highly successful sales professional who has the desire to develop a career with an ethical, supportive and rapidly growing organisation. You will have a successful track record and the desire to pro-actively drive positive results in regards to sales as well as in regards to client and patient outcomes. You may have a background in devices or healthcare sales or alternatively a background in other industries or a successful sales background in real estate. You will be rewarded with a highly competitive base salary, car allowance and a generous commission structure. You will be set up for success and will receive second to none training & support.


    In order to excel in this role you will have:

    • 2-20 years sales experience with a highly successful track record 
    • High commercial acumen and a strategic approach to territory management
    • A strong sales track record and passion for positive results
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • The ability and passion for building effective relationships
    • A strong team player approach
    • Passion for superior clinical patient outcomes & a high level of professionalism
