The Company 

A boutique Rehabilitation Provider for over 20 years, specialising in the Corporate Health & Injury Management space. My client is a proactive and ethical provider who is focussed on client satisfaction and quality. They genuinely care about their staff by fostering and encouraging the professional development of all employees.

The Role

• Contribute to improving New Employer services
• Liaise with senior management to have your ideas heard 
• Manage your own portfolio of Workers Compensation cases
• Facilitate Return to Work outcomes on new employer cases 
• Liaise with all stakeholders and conduct case conferences 
• Perform specialist psychological assessments and services
• Work closely with an experienced team and report into the State Manager

About You

• ASORC Industry Registration
• Proven New-Employer Occupational Rehabilitation experience
• Genuine passion for the Industry
