This is a great opportunity for experienced Inventory Analyst to join a highly collaborative team in on a 4 months contract.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the main purpose of this role is to ensure all inventory are controlled, accurate, and accounted for by ensuring all movement of inventory physically matches movements within the respective ERP system.
Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Completing of all receipting of inbound stock
- Manage all inventory adjustment requests and complete approvals for stock adjustment
- Perform regular stock takes, then investigate & investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- To raise purchase orders for the respective business area within the agreed upon service levels.
- To review and cleanse all purchase orders.
- Ensure all warehouse procedures, working instructions and operating manuals are up to date and reflect current processes.
- General Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
- Assist warehouse lead during peak periods and for back up support
- Reporting of expired stock management and working with warehouse lead for destruction
- Management of destruction requests on a monthly basis for Rydalmere and DHL
- Ensure all EXO locations inventory physically match and manage root cause and discrepancies
- Complete transfers and all adjustments.
- Meet all ISO9001 requirements
We are looking for a highly resilient, proactive individual who has a proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the relevant technical skills required to be successful in this role.
- SAP experience is an absolute must
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce
- 1-2 years in a previous inventory controller or analyst role
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work well in high pressure environment
- Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion.
- Proven ability in dealing ambiguity, good problem solving skills and ability to understand and interpret details in resolving issues.
