Health Practice Creations Group is a growing business expanding into different strategic areas. We are a fun team who deliver top level customer service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is incredibly personable, reliable and who is dedicated to the clients they look after.

We assist Health Practitioners to set up their own Health Practices across Australia and we are seeking a part time Project Manager to assist with this process. 21 hours per week and very occasional Saturday work (attending a seminar) with the potential to move to full time. On the job training will be provided.

Role

• Project Management of a multitude of suppliers involved in practice set ups over the phone, via email, Skype or in person
• Meeting with clients and facilitation of meetings with suppliers & clients
• Coordination of a multitude of steps involved in practice set ups 
• Preparation of monthly reports for clients
• Strict management to deadlines
• Responding to client enquiries and requests
• Research and reporting in regards to identification of suitable locations and premises for practices
• Presenting at Seminars
• General administrative duties

Essential Criteria

• Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Friendly personality with an ability to forge strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Well presented and confident
• Confident phone manner
• Strong communication and seminar presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be willing to travel throughout Australia (usually with only short stays of 1-2 days and usually only a few times a year)
• Must have access to a car with drivers license
• Is able to work well independently and as part of a team

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of the Health (mainly medical) industry
• Excel Skills
• Experience as a Practice Manager in a medical practice would be advantageous
