Opportunity
Due to further Company growth we have opportunities for skilled Registered Nurses with palliative care experience to join our team, across metro Adelaide to provide palliative care in the home.
Duties
- Assessment and management of all symptoms in line with the PCOC assessment tool
- Narcotic infusion pump
- Breakthrough pain medication including patient and family education
- Delirium/terminal restlessness
- Advanced Care Planning discussions to inform ACD documentation
- Collaboration with our office based palliative care team of case coordinators
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse
- Palliative care experience
- Intermediate Computer skills

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Drivers Licence
