We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Engineer to provide technical advice and support for the maintenance, installation and servicing of medical equipment.
About the role:
Work collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
Services include preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance of equipment.
Provide technical / troubleshooting support and guidance to accredited subcontract engineers in this very large hospital.
Ensure technical service process compliance with quality management and accreditation requirements.
Work with inventory management to ensure adequate spare parts inventory.
Experience and Position Requirements:
Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, ideally with experience in a customer facing technical service role within medical equipment industry.
Experience with medical / laboratory equipment would be highly regarded.
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years technical service experience
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Organized, on-time, and detailed project management skills.
Excellent IT and computer skills
Ability to travel (domestic and internationally)
Be able to work reasonable additional hours outside business hours at such times as are necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the job role from time to time.
