As a privately owned, independent Hearing Clinic we succeed on the service we provide to our clients, your contribution is vital to the client experience and ongoing relationship. The position will be primarily based  at our Head Office located in Pennant Hills, ideally the successful applicant will be locally based.

This position is offered as a Part-time role, 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday). You may from time to time be required to work additional days, your flexibility will be considered in application for this role.

Responsibilities:

In this role the successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Perform reception duties and front office operation
  • Manage appointment bookings and client follow up
  • Complete general administration duties including client billing and stock purchasing
  • Provide day-to-day support for our clinical audiologists

Essential criteria:

  • Outstanding client service skills, compassionate disposition with an ability to establish genuine rapport with clients
  • Exemplary communication, oral and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrable experience in reception operation
  • ​Recent general administrative experience
  • Excellent Microsoft office software proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
