An exciting position is open for a Pharmacist-In-Charge at Linacre Private Hospital. Ramsay Pharmacy provides a comprehensive pharmacy service to Linacre Private Hospital, a 72 bed surgical and medical facility. As the Pharmacist-In-Charge you will lead the team to deliver patient focused care, engaging with patients and hospital clinical staff and delivering better care health solutions.

Ramsay Pharmacy Group (RPG) is responsible for the provision of specialised pharmacy services to inpatients and day patients within 44 Ramsay Health Care Hospitals in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the clinical and operational pharmacy service
• Liaise with hospital staff
• Provide information to patients on proper use of medicines.
• Participation in hospital committees
• Reporting functions
• Ensure the pharmacy service operates within its operational budget

Skills and Experience:

• Current registration with APHRA
• Demonstrated contemporary pharmacy experience with ideally hospital pharmacy experience
• Organisational skills
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
