LifeCare requires an experienced, efficient and reliable multi-site Practice Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. Working across multiple sites in Glenroy, Essendon and Oak Park as part of the Lifecare network of allied health practices and Zenitas Healthcare Limited, this role will be responsible for managing practice operations and delivering financial and operational targets, as well as facilitating a high level of care and service to clients and practitioners.

Key components of the role are implementing continuous service initiatives and business development campaigns to reach growth targets for the business that are in line with practice objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a management and/or practice management role with 3+ years people management experience
  • Experience in financial management, accounting practices and reporting processes in line with budget management
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consultative skills when dealing with a range of varied stakeholders
  • Understanding of quality improvement and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare environment and future trends in service provision
  • Understanding of healthcare services funding including Medicare, PHI & compensibles
  • Sound knowledge of minimum employment conditions, including the HPSS 2010 Award
  • Excellent customer service and reception skills; and a willingness to lead a busy reception and admin team in a multi-modality clinic.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline will be considered an advantage
