Experienced and Passionate Support Workers Needed for various roles in various areas - Must have expereince working with clients who have an intellectual disability/Autism. 

We are currently seeking people who want to make a difference to the lives of NDIS participants by supporting them to access the community.

Essential Criteria

•  3 Months full time experience caring for people with a disability of all  age groups is a must
•  Cert III or IV Disability Services qualification
•  Experience managing Behaviours of Concern and those with high needs
•  Valid Driver’s License and own Transport
•  Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
•  Current Police & Working with Children's Check Certificate

Roles and responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living skills, community access, basic household tasks and personal care.
• Supporting & promoting each client’s independence to achieve their goals
• Improving social skills and confidence

 Ideally, you will be a self-motivated, energetic individual who is flexible but eager to work regular shifts. You must be able to have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a variety of participants from all types of backgrounds and ages.
