About the role:
Centric to providing optimal care to our residents, we are seeking Personal Carers to join BlueCross Silverwood in Templestowe.
We currently have permanent part time opportunities available for night duties 2145 - 0715 across week days and weekends. You will be working with a team of Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families to deliver high quality clinical and personal care and lifestyle support services to residents of BlueCross.
About you:
You have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Personal Carer in Residential Aged Care and experience on night duty shifts. You are dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents. You have an ongoing learning and continuous improvement philosophy and you have a person centred approach. You are enthusiastic and dedicated to making a difference.
