An opportunity has arisen for a full time all-rounder in Warehousing Administration within our Stores team in North Ryde. This role with have a key focus on administration duties and customer service and work with all areas of the business as needed.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your main duties will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Stores Department
- Entering order requests into our stock management system from hard copy requests received from doctors and collection centres
- First stage data entry using SAP our in-house labelling system
- Effective monitoring of material loads in the warehouse
- Efficient work practices and accurate record keeping
- Ad hoc and General warehouse duties as required
Experience is not required though highly desirable, as full training will be given
- Strong customer service commitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication both internally and externally
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to demonstrate sound organisational skills and effectively prioritise your work
- Ability to work cohesively in in a team environment
- Demonstrate an understanding of WHS Guidelines and Policies
- High attention to detail
