ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Permanent Part-time 8 hours per fortnight (4 hours each Saturday 2pm – 6pm)
  • Patient Access and Workforce Unit,  Mercy Hosital for Women, Hedielberg
  • Potential for increased hours to cover leave

 

You will work closely with Hospital Coordinators to:

  • Coordinate the placement of nurses midwives and theatre technicians into shifts
  • Process bookings, shift changes and staff availabilities
  • Liaise with ANUMs to highlight and rectify staffing needs
  • Establish and maintain effective work relations with Bank/ Pool staff members, ANUMs and Agency staff members
  • Attend to general office administration duties

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are experience in office and hospital environments
  • Demonstarate high level office skill with eye for detail and excellent time management skills
  • Customer service focus with Outstanding phone manner
  • Proven team work and problem solving skills

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women’s health and associated health, support and diagnostic services.
