What you'll be doing
The purpose of a Research Nurse is to work in a team environment, managing a caseload of patients participating in dermatology clinical trials. Your role will include ensuring research is conducted in accordance with the protocol, policy, legislation, ethical requirements and guidelines for Good Clinical Practice to achieve high quality data for research.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse - Division 1
- Ability to organise self and prioritise work load
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
- Competent computer skills
- Competency with data entry
- Experience in venepuncture skills and ability to take ECGs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, and to prioritise tasks
- The ability to have a flexible attitude to work
Desirable criteria:
- Previous Clinical Trial experience
