Scope has exciting opportunities for highly motivated therapists to deliver services in Scope’s West Division. A number of full and part time positions are available across all aspects of our business, including: Early Childhood Intervention; School-aged services; Adult and Community therapy. Positions currently based in: Melton; Maidstone; Ballarat; Geelong; Glenroy.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a range of quality therapy supports and services to customers and others
  • Liaise with customers, family members, funding bodies and other service providers to assist our clients to reach their individual outcomes and goals
  • Support customers and others to develop and review individual learning plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their individual goals
  • Provide informative and current information to customers around valuable services to maximise their ability to make informed choices

About you:

  • You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
  • You are an experienced clinician and have relevant experience in disability and/or paediatric services
  • You are committed to: family and person centered approaches; strengths-based practices; and supporting inclusion and participation
  • You have excellent communication and team skills
  • You are registered with AHPRA. If a Speech Pathologist, you are a current member of SPA
  • You have a driver’s licence and your own car

Successful applicants will be required to hold a satisfactory Police Check for disability issued within the last twelve months for employment in disability and a Working with Children Check.
