Sugarman Group Australia are currently looking for a Perioperative Nurse Manager for a client in regional WA, 4 hours from Perth.

The successful candidate will have the oppertunity to work with a well established Private Hospital offering competitive salary rates, salary packaging and flexible work options.

Essential Criteria

• Must have recent senior management experience in a Perioperative setting
• Must have experience in setting, monitoring and meeting budgeted financial and annual operational targets and benchmarks
• Well-developed leadership and communication skills, including negotiation and mediation, conflict resolution and problem solving is essential
• Post graduate qualifications in Nursing or relevant discipline, or progression towards same. and/or Post graduate qualifications in Management or Leadership, or progression towards same is desirable but not essential
• Working within a well established Private Hospital

To be considered for this role you must have:

Full AHPRA registration

Extensive demonstrated nursing ability working in Australia, New

Zealand, USA, Canada or the UK

Excellent interpersonal skills

Full immunisation records

Both current working with children and national police checks

The right to live and work in Australia
