Psychologist or Social Worker

This position is working for a well-established organisation servicing various organisations and businesses within the Wagga Wagga region.

On Offer:

• Base salary $80,000 - 85,000 plus super
• Very attractive bonus structure (opportunity to earn 10% of your base salary on top if you meet your KPI's)
• Based in Wagga Wagga
• Opportunities to work 4 or 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day to day clinical case management and apply clinical knowledge and experience to the clinical case management process in accordance with policy and procedure requirements and relevant association or registering body
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team and relevant departments supporting quality clinical service delivery
• Deliver a broad range of services to clients/customers
• Provide an outstanding standard of customer service to every stakeholder interaction - empathetic, proactive and committed to delivering on a promise.

Essential Requirements:

• General AHPRA registered Psychologist with at least 2 years post full registration experience
• Or a qualified social worker with AASW registration (or eligibility to apply) along with 5 years relevant experience post qualification
• Tertiary level qualifications in psychology or social work
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally, experience working in EAP as well as one of the following areas; trauma, dealing with critical incidents, divorce/separation.
