We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team at our very busy Practice at Pacific Pines on the north end of the Gold Coast. We are looking for over 2 years medical receptionist experience and also knowledge of Best Practice an advantage.
You will be expected to know scanning, recall procedures, templates, open and close procedures, online claiming, all aspects of Medicare item numbers and banking.
You will have a professional phone manner and excellent customer service.
The position is casual weekdays with some saturday shifts.
