Dental Assistant/ Receptionist- Sydney's Lower North Shore
DENTAL NURSE/RECEPTIONIST *IMMEDIATE START* - Lower North Shore of SYDNEY:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Experience in a similar role, is a requirement.

This is a full time or part time role (dependant on the candidate)with good remuneration package for the right person and the opportunity to excel in your career as Dental Nurse/Receptionist. We are a private dental practice not a corporation.
You will be "the heart" of the dental practice and be the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
As part of the team you will be responding to both phone calls and emails, patient enquires and booking appointments, processing HICAPs payments, the general running of the practice, ordering stock and chairside nursing.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Dental Nurse experience (Cert III preferred but not essential)
- Experienced in most aspects of dentistry (proficiency in surgical and implant dentistry ideal)
- Provide instrument sterilisation & infection control solutions
- An ability to multi-task, good time-management
- Attention to detail
- Motivated and resourceful
- Goal orientated
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn is paramount
- Previous D4W software experience (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional patient service skills and a high standard of presentation;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is paramount.
- Living local or close by is an advantage
You will be in charge of Dental Nursing/Reception. This is an excellent career development opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic team and excel to a Practice Management Role.
This is a full-time or part-timerole (depending on the candidate) requiring ideally approx. 5 days per week (8:30am-5:30pm), commitment to support the practice and book new & existing patients which are targeted by the large marketing campaign.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Our dentists are experienced in all facets of dentistry from general restorative to surgical phases including implants, orthodontics, IV sedation, root canal therapies and facial injectables and more. More importantly they are very encouraging and pleasant to work with.
