Healthy Life is the largest Health Food Retailer in Australia. We pride ourselves on being able to offer professional and trusted health advice to consumers looking for a natural path to personal health and wellbeing.  We are preparing for an exciting period ahead with plans to significantly expand our brand presence within Australia.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our  Southland team.  This is a full-time role (38 hours per week - 5 days a week), which will include late nights and weekends.   

To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:

• Proven Retail Skills in a fast paced environment,
• Previous experience leading a team is highly regarded.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to think on your feet, problem solve and keep track of multiple tasks at once.
• Proven consultation and sales experience within a Health Food Store.
• Qualifications as a practitioner are preferable.

You will also be able to demonstrate a strong ability to be able to connect with customers on their wellness journey. You will be sales focused and have exceptional organisational and administration skills.

Our Store Managers form part of the larger retail team, and are kept busy providing advice on the floor in between serving customers.

Due to our stores stocking practitioner only products, ideally we are looking for a practitioner (Naturopath, Homeopath or Nutritionist).  We will however consider candidates who have worked within a pharmacy, health food store, or even someone passionate about retail and looking to build their career in this field.
