The following position will primarily be performing a NSW sales, marketing and planning function for allocated product lines within the respiratory diagnostics medicine market. The following position will also be responsible for the service and support of respiratory diagnostic equipment purchased by customers. The following position will with be involved/included in the implementation, discovery, production or enlisting of new product into the relevant Bird Healthcare portfolio. 

The primary role of this position is to achieve sales targets and objectives set out by Bird Healthcare management, which will allow the business to grow. 

Position Overview

  • Sales- Plan and achieve maximum sales results within the designated customer market. Maintain price books in conjunction with Bird Healthcare management. Ensure sales resources (including product labels, registration, literature and brochures) are accurate and up to date. Manage and maintain record of all pending and upcoming sales contracts/tenders. 

 

  • Service & Support- Maintain and monitor customer equipment and ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction. Provide input and assistance in implementing necessary service functions including reporting and recording of service and maintenance contracts.

 

  • Planning- Participate in the planning of company sales and marketing campaigns including individual sales trips and also national company conferences. 

 

  • Customer management- Understand and focus on customer requirements and needs in order to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. Keep company CRM up to date and accurate by entering and revising relevant customer data.

 

  • Reporting- Provide regular reports on sales to Bird Healthcare management as well as reporting on activity and sales budgets.

 

  • Quality and Safety- Know and follow company values, policies, processes and procedures. Contribute to the development and improvement of the company system.
